Our Leadership
Mr.Rohit Sehgal
An accomplished Management professional with over 25 years of rich and diversified experience spanning multiple industries. In his stint with an FDI Private Equity Fund, he has invested in big ticket Infrastructure and Housing Projects. He has helped raise capital (both debt and equity) for growth oriented enterprises.
He has been amongst the early movers and achievers in the recently enacted Insolvency Resolution Regime in the country.
Lately, he has been instrumental in closing seven different transactions worth several hundred crores in education, paper, Agro, IT, Textiles and Iron and Steel sectors.
Mr.Sehgal has gained his MBA from IIM Lucknow.
Mr.Pawan Garg
Mr.Garg is a seasoned finance and legal professional with over 25 years of rich experience across industries spanning Consulting, Energy, Infrastructure, ITES, Manufacturing and Retail. He has expensive exposure of handling corporate, legal and Strategy matters.
He has had very good experience of bringing together several Joint Ventures / SPV's with International players based out of Singapore, UK and US.
He has advised many enterprises, including start-ups, in raising capital.
Mr.Garg gained his B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University and is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
